Most of our clients are referred from past clients. Our past clients tend to refer us to their friends, family members and colleagues
We have a record of success in resolving family law matters. We identify and advocate the rights of his clients who are in a domestic relationship. We have represented many clients in complex property divisions. When our clients are also parents, we forcefully assert their right to have a meaningful relationship with their children and to fairly share in their children's support.
Fair property divisions, parenting plans and child support are fundamental rights and responsibilities that no one should take away. We are committed to make sure that our clients assert them.
Experience
We have represented hundreds of clients through divorces, separations, and post-divorces, in the Seattle metropolitan area and throughout King and Snohomish Counties, for the has over 10 years. We have significant experience in contested and complex divorce, custody, paternity, custody and domestic violence cases. Our experience extends from the simplest divorce to those having multiple properties, pensions, closed businesses, and hidden assets.
Strong Advocate
Effective representation of your rights during a divorce, child custody child support, or domestic violence case requires a strong advocate. Court can often seem to be a hostile and strange place. As the author Oscar Wilde wrote, "the Divorce Court was specially invented for people whose memories are so curiously constituted." We use our best efforts to properly frame the issues for our clients and argue the facts that support their cases.
Integrity
We advise our clients about realistic goals and works with them to come up with effective strategies for accomplishing those goals. We believe it is too easy for an attorney to make promises to a client that cannot be realistically fulfilled.
We are sensitive to the needs of the children of divorce. Mr. Glass is registered with the King County Superior Court as a Guardian Ad Litem, meaning he is appointed by the Court to represent the best interests of children in preparing a parenting plan or residential schedule.
Cost-Effective
We charge an hourly rate that is very competitive. We participate in various legal plans and offer discounted rates based on economic need. You will find that given our experience that our service provides an excellent value.
